Our Salesforce.com project using CloudGenies’ QuickStart implementation methodology surpassed my expectations. In the space of 2 weeks it got us from nothing to being fully configured and ready to go.
It would have taken us many months even to have got the project underway without adopting the QuickStart methodology and I am not sure we would have got the system configured ourselves in the logical way that our consultant did.
Our consultant was excellent. He guided us through the specification process, to ensure that we worked out what we needed as a business before it was applied to Salesforce. Throughout the signoff and training sessions he struck exactly the right balance between demonstrating, and guiding us through the setup.
I would thoroughly recommend CloudGenies, and the QuickStart approach to anyone who wants to implement Salesforce. I sincerely hope to be able to work with Admiral again on subsequent phases and projects.
